The Air Force intends to have an Industry Day to prepare to synopsize, solicit and award the following commodity: The Contractor shall perform upgrades of Advanced Fuel Accessories Test System (AFATS) 02-02 Test Stand and AFATS Calibration Cart, providing all components and parts required.
The attached draft Statement of Work (SOW) establishes the minimum requirement for the upgrade of AFATS 02-02 (P/N 8230001-0501), and training on the maintenance, calibration, programming, and use of said test stand.
The test stand will primarily be used to test fuel flow proportioners and float valves in accordance with their relevant Technical Orders (T.O.’s), but will also be used as needed to test refueling receptacles, transfer pumps and other similar components as per their relevant T.O.’s.
The following also includes the minimum requirement for the upgrade of a currently nonfunctional calibration cart (P/N: 8231300-0501) for use in calibrating flowmeters and electrical parameters on this system and other existing AFATS configurations.
Contemplated Contract Type Firm-Fixed Price PSC 4920 NAICS 488190 Small Business Size Standard – 750 EMPL System for Award Management (SAM) is required to receive any award.
