What this contract is for
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in RFO Part 12, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; excluding amendments. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number FA302026Q0068 is issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ) to provide multiple office furniture items: dry erase adjustable height flipper tables, adjustable height rolling desk with shelf, and plastic chairs to be delivered to Sheppard AFB, Texas. See attached salient characteristics of the commodity sought in this solicitation. The 82d Contracting Squadron of Sheppard AFB, Texas anticipates awarding a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. Offerors may propose products that meet or exceed the functional, performance, and quality characteristics referenced in the specifications atttachment. All items are to delivered within 30 days after contract award to Bldg 596; 527 J Ave, Sheppard AFB, TX 76311. Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. This requirement is set aside for Women-Owned Small Businesses.
