The overall objective for this requirement is to perform remedial action efforts to include excavation, dewatering and offsite disposal of PCB-containing soil and sediments and placement of clean fill along Ley Creek. The estimated magnitude of construction is between $100,000,000 and $250,000,000. The Period of Performance will be 5 years. The solicitation is anticipated to be released on or after 30 July 2026, with proposals anticipated to be due on or after 05 October 2026. Plans and specifications will be available for inspection via ProjNet, once the solicitation has been issued. This notice does not constitute a commitment on the part of the Government to solicit and award a contract, nor to pay any costs incurred as a result in replying to this notice. This notice should not be construed as a commitment by the Government for any purpose. No response is requested nor required.
