To provide non invasive spinal cord stimulation technology that improves hand/upper extremity strength and sensation for Veterans with chronic, incomplete cervical spinal cord injuries. The Department of Veterans Affairs,Â San Antonio Veteran Health Care system, proposed equipment is to provide a minimum one-year full-service warranty requirement prior to the acceptance of the equipment, the equipment must pass all acceptances testing.Â Non-invasive transcutaneous spinal cord stimulation system delivering programmed electrical pulses through surface electrodes placed on the back of the neck. a.Â Must include a stimulation unit, electrode sets, programming interface, and necessary accessories. b. Capable of delivering targeted cervical spinal cord stimulation to modulate sensorimotor pathways. 4.
