Background and Requirement: San Antonio Veteran Health Care system needs the requested items to provide for the ARC-EX Stimulator for Transcutaneous Spinal Stimulation, for the for Spinal Cord Service team. To provide non invasive spinal cord stimulation technology that improves hand/upper extremity strength and sensation for Veterans with chronic, incomplete cervical spinal cord injuries. The Department of Veterans Affairs, San Antonio Veteran Health Care system, proposed equipment is to provide a minimum one-year full-service warranty requirement prior to the acceptance of the equipment, the equipment must pass all acceptances testing. Non-invasive transcutaneous spinal cord stimulation system delivering programmed electrical pulses through surface electrodes placed on the back of the neck. a. Must include a stimulation unit, electrode sets, programming interface, and necessary accessories. b. Capable of delivering targeted cervical spinal cord stimulation to modulate sensorimotor pathways. 4. SPECIFIC INSTRUMENT REQUIRED: To provide ARC-EX Stimulator for Transcutaneous Spinal Stimulation, to the San Antonio Veteran Health Care system, 7400 Merton Minter St, San Antonio, TX78229. Delivery and set up of ARC-EX Stimulator for Transcutaneous Spinal Stimulation will be set up by the contractor at no additional charge to the government within one day.
