This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.2 and FAR Subpart 13.2 (Revolutionary FAR Overhaul version), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Combined synopsis/solicitation N6134026Q1018 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) and incorporates the provisions and clauses in effect from regulations posted to https://www.acquisition.gov. The Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD) has a requirement for Rapid Design, Development and Fabrication (RD2F) Lab to procure spares for the T-45 Mixed Reality (MR) Immersive Training Device (ITD) 2F323. All items in the 2F323 Spares Fabrication List (Attachment 1) must be procured. This is a Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) firm-fixed-price (FFP) purchase order. Certain items are brand name in accordance with the posted Brand Name Justification (Attachment 2). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 334111 Electronic Computer Manufacturing, which has a small business size of 1,250 employees. The Product Service Code (PSC) for this procurement is 5963. Interested sources are encouraged to submit a quote. All information shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government. This effort is FOB Destination and is subject to DFARS clause 252.225-7013. Quoted prices must be final and no pricing adjustments will be made after award. Amendment 0001: Provided clarification for items listed in Attachment 2. Response date has been extended to 22 JUL 2026.
