This includes CLS services, centralized Help Desk services, and the ability to evaluate, plan, develop, implement, install, and provide modifications/upgrades for the Chambers Program. The contractor will be required to provide logistics support (e.g., personnel and spare parts) to maintain and support the Altitude Chambers across all USAF sites. Subordinate activities include, but are not limited to: Establishing and operating a centralized Help Desk to receive, log, and isolate chamber maintenance discrepancies. Inventory storage and control, including Recompetition Support Package (RSP) management. Acquisition of all replenishment or replacement assets and asset repairs. Proactive identification and management of Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages (DMSMS) issues in accordance with the SD-22 Guidebook.
