Description The contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, equipment, transportation, and services to deliver and support six (6) Utility Terrain Vehicles (UTVs) for a six-month rental period. The UTVs are essential for moving personnel, equipment, and supplies across the restrictive terrain of the JOTC. Specifics: Total Vehicles: Six (6) UTVs. Four (4) standard UTVs with side-by-side seating for at least four personnel. Two (2) extended-bed UTVs with side-by-side seating for two personnel and a cargo bed capable of securing a litter. Period of Performance: 30 July 2026 to 29 January 2027. Place of Performance: Base Aeronaval Cristóbal Colón (formerly Fort Sherman), Panama. Contract Type: The Government anticipates awarding a firm-fixed-price contract. Key Contractor Responsibilities: Provide UTVs that are no more than two years old, operate on regular unleaded gasoline, and are suitable for rugged, off-road terrain.
