What this contract is for

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number W50S8H-26-Q-0015 is issued as a request for quotation for the purchase and delivery of a zero-turn lawn mower. This acquisition a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside. The NAICS assigned is 333112 and the Size Standard is 1,500 Employees. The Federal Supply Code is 2420. Line Items: CLIN 0001 – 1 Each – Purchase and delivery of a commercial grade zero-turn lawn mower. The cutting width needs to be no less than 100” and no more than 144” in order to successfully navigate the existing and immovable obstacles that cover the landscape of the installation. Foldable deck portions or “deck wings” are acceptable. The zero-turn mower must be rated by the manufacturer as being able to mow no less than 8 acres of lawn per hour. A commercial-grade hydrostatic transmission is also required as well as commercial-grade high torque hydraulic wheel motors. The commercial grade zero-turn mower must be delivered to the 107th Civil Engineering Squadron, 2665 Johnson Street, Niagara Falls, NY 14304. - Delivery is to be no later than September 17, 2026. Delivery is FOB Destination. - Award will be based on price, meeting the technical specifications, and the ability to meet the required delivery timeframe.
