To ensure the secure transmission of your forms, prospective vendors may now request a secure DoD Safe drop-off link directly from the Contracting Officer. Once requested, a unique link will be provided via email, allowing you to securely upload and submit your documents. Drop-Off Link Request Deadline: July 20, 2026 at 12:00 PM (EST). Email the Contracting Officer to request a DoD Safe link. Late requests will not be accepted. Document Submission: Immediately upon receipt of link, upload fully completed Base Access Request forms via the provided DoD Safe link. Scheduled Site Visit: July 31, 2026 at 10:00 AM (EST).
