N00164-26-Q-0219 – SOLE SOURCE –BEEGFS RENEWAL– FSG DA10 - NAICS 541519 ISSUE DATE 14 JUL 2026 – CLOSING DATE 21 JUL 2026 – 04:00 PM Eastern Time ITEM DESCRIPTION- Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane has a requirement for a service agreement for BeeGFS renewal for one base year and option years to follow. SOLE SOURCE PROCUREMENT- The proposed contract action is for the supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with one source, Advanced Clustering Technologies, Inc, 3148 Roanoke Rd, Kansas City, Missouri, 64111, United States under the authority of FAR 13.106-1. This is being sole sourced because Advanced Clustering Technologies, Inc owns the proprietary rights to all data, schematics and have in-house, both trained and licensed technical personnel as well as a stockpile of repair/replacement parts. These elements are all necessary and critical to enable both timely and accurate repairs of the Tektronix Equipment. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, which should be considered by the agency. However, a determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this solicitation is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct competitive procurement. Contractors must be properly registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).
