The Army Contracting Command – Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) is issuing this Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the procurement of the Carrier Assembly Reference.

This solicitation, W912CH-26-Q-A072, will result in a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Contract, One-Time Buy with a 100% Option for the procurement of the following: Noun: Carrier Assembly Reference NSN: 6665-01-539-5590 Quantity: 371 Each (EA) Option Quantity: 371 EA First Article Test Report: Required There is an export controlled Technical Data Package (TDP) associated with this procurement, distribution code D, limiting access to the Department of War (DoW) and U.S.

Military preservation, packing, and marking are required and shall be accomplished in accordance with Section D, all applicable requirements of MIL-STD-2073-1, and the Special Packaging Instruction (SPI).

Joint Certification Program (Export Control): You must be certified under the United States/Canada Joint Certification Program (JCP) to be granted access to the TDP for this solicitation. (https://www.dla.mil/HQ/LogisticsOperations/Services/JCP/).
