This combined synopsis/solicitation is a BRAND NAME requirement for the procurement of OEM “Curtis Wright / Paul Munroe" Stern Gate Assembly Parts in support of SRF-JRMC.

It is prepared in accordance with the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO), Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.202, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Products and Commercial Services, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.

This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotesare being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

BRAND NAME STATEMENT: In accordance with the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) 12.102 “Restricting Competition”, interested offerors may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement/submit quotes prior to the solicitation closing date shall include documentation from the OEM establishing that the quoted part(s) are genuine; including traceability to the original manufacturer and manufacturer warranties.

Quotes received without inclusion of the aforementioned OEM documentation will be deemed non-compliant.

Solicitation number N0040626Q0436 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) for the procurement of Stern Gate Assembly parts.
