This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12.
This announcement constitutes the only solicitation.
Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.
Solicitation number 12FPC326Q0041 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for purchase and installation of a Knapheide brand Topper that fits over existing utility boxes currently installed on a 2024 Chevrolet 3500 Silverado HD. (see attached photos) for USDA NRCS- Boise, ID.
The Government anticipates the award of one firm fixed-priced contract resulting from this solicitation.
Award will be made to the responsible vendor with the quote that conforms to this RFQ and is the best value for the Government.
This acquisition is being set aside for 100% small business concerns.
The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 336211 - Motor Vehicle Body Manufacturing.
The small business size standard is 1,000 Employees.
This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside.
All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.
Statement of Requirement The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) Boise, ID has a requirement for the purchase and installation of a Knapheide brand Topper that fits over existing utility boxes currently installed on a 2024 Chevrolet 3500 Silverado HD. (see attached photos).
