The U.S.

Food and Drug Administration (FDA), National Forensic Chemistry Center (NFCC), Cincinnati, OH, requires three (3) new Rigaku IconX handheld 1064nm Raman spectrometers, including all standard features and accessories, CommandSuite software, familiarization training for up to six (6) users per instrument, and a three (3) year manufacturer's warranty, in accordance with the attached Statement of Work.

Delivery is F.O.B.

Destination to Cincinnati, OH 45237, no later than ninety (90) days after award.

This is a brand-name requirement pursuant to FAR 13.106-1(b); "or equal" products will not be evaluated.

The Brand-Name Justification is posted with this notice in accordance with FAR 5.102(a)(6).

Quotations will be accepted from the OEM or from dealers/resellers currently authorized by Rigaku Analytical Devices; quoters other than the OEM shall submit evidence of current authorization with their quotation.

The attached Combined Synopsis/Solicitation document constitutes the complete RFQ, including line items, instructions to quoters, and applicable provisions and clauses.
