The Billings Area Indian Health Service intends to award a non-competitive purchase order to PROAIM Americas LLC, 16024 Manchester Rd Suite 200, Ellisville, Missouri 63011-2195, United States for Preventive Maintenance and Software Services on Carl Zeiss Meditec USA, Inc.
Ophthalmic Diagnostic Equipment located at the Fort Belknap Service Unit, Harlem, Montana.
The procurement will be conducted pursuant to the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR 12.102 Restricting Competition; and FAR 37.101, Non-Personal Services Contract.
The IHS anticipates the award of a fixed-price purchase order for the period of August 1, 2026 through July 31, 2027 with three (3) twelve-month options.
