What this contract is for
In accordance with FAR 5.2, the U.S. International Development Finance Corporation (DFC) hereby announces its intention to award a sole source, firm-fixed price, contract to acquire legal services for the ongoing maintenance and enforcement of settlement agreements and judgments already obtained by DFC This contract includes one 12-month base year and one 12-month option years. The procurement falls under NAICS Code 541110 Office of Lawyers This acquisition is being conducted using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) as outlined in FAR 13.501(a), which allows for sole source procurement when only one responsible source can meet the agency's requirements. Please note, this notification is not a formal solicitation.
