Combined Synopsis/Solicitation - 70Z08526Q26685 The United States Coast Guard Deputy Commandant for Systems (DCS) is issuing this combined synopsis/solicitation on behalf of the Surface Forces Logistics Center (SFLC) to award a firm-fixed-price supply contract, as detailed in the attached Statement of Work.

This requirement consists of providing and shipping 02 Power supplies 015687605 and 015684120 for the CGC Stone MK27 Gyro Compass.

This acquisition is a 100% total small business set-aside under NAICS code 334511 with a corresponding small business size standard of 1,250 employees.

The following factors will be used to evaluate offers: • Technical Capability (Pass/Fail) • Past Performance (Pass/Fail) • Total Price A quotation must receive an Acceptable rating for all non-price factors to be eligible for award.

Among all acceptable quotations, award will be made to the responsible offeror submitting the lowest evaluated price.

To establish Technical Capability (Pass/Fail), the quotation must demonstrate a clear understanding of the work statement requirements, conform strictly to all specifications in the attached Statement of Work, and provide any adequate capability and corporate experience documentation required by the solicitation.
