Combined Solicitation & Notice of Intent (SOLE SOURCE) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with RFO Part 12.

This announcement constitutes the only solicitation.

Offers are being requested and a separate, written solicitation will not be issued [RFO12.202(b)(1)] (i) AFTC/PZZG intends to negotiate on a Sole Source basis with Keysight Technologies Inc for a five-year calibration service agreement (one-year base period plus four option years) to maintain twenty-three (23) pieces of critical, high-precision electronic test and measurement equipment manufactured by Keysight.

Solicitation number FA930226Q0079 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) for calibration services.

This acquisition is not set aside for small business concerns.

This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference.

The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. (ii) The required services and deliverables are as follows.

Please see attached Statement of Work for additional information: The contractor shall perform NIST-traceable calibration and adjustment services for twenty-three (23) pieces of Keysight Technologies electronic test and measurement instruments.

Service Requirements & Deliverables OEM Standards: All services must be performed by Keysight Technologies or a certified Keysight Authorized Service Provider using OEM proprietary procedures and software to maintain equipment integrity and warranty.

Traceability: All calibrations must be traceable to the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST).
