The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price contract to Franklin Young International, Incorporated, an authorized QIAGEN reseller.
This acquisition is for commercial products and associated commercial services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 12.102(a).

Responses shall be submitted electronically to the Contract Specialist identified in this notice by the closing date and time specified.
Brand Name Requirement The Government requires the purchase of two (2) QIAGEN QIAcube Connect RNA/DNA Extraction Systems (SYS-FUL-1) and two (2) corresponding QIAcube Connect IQ/OQ Services, including installation, operator training, warranty, and Installation Qualification/Operational Qualification (IQ/OQ) services, in support of the Newborn Screening and Molecular Biology Branch, Division of Laboratory Sciences (DLS), Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
