Southwest Regional Maintenance Center (SWRMC), Code 410A Procurement, intends to award a sole source purchase order to Fairbanks Morse Defense (Fairbanks) for an Emergency Diesel Generator Crankshaft Assessment for the ALCO Model 251C.

Fairbanks Morse Defense is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) for these engines and maintains proprietary technical data, specialized procedures, and has certified parts required to perform the engine block assessment.

The requirement will be processed in accordance with FAR part 12 and FAR part 13.
