REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ) The United States Army Yuma Proving Ground (USAYPG), Yuma, Arizona is requesting a quote for is to provide comprehensive portable fire extinguisher maintenance, inspection and certification services in supporting the United States Army Arctic Regions Test Center (ARTC) at the Fort Greely, Alaska.

The requirement includes annual preventative maintenance, annual inspections and annual certifications performed by an Alaska?certified Fire Extinguisher Service Technician Level II technician for all portable fire extinguishers located at Fort Greely, Alaska.

This will result in a non-personal services contract.

The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform services specified in Part 5 of the Performance Work Statement (PWS).

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12.

This announcement constitutes the only solicitation.

Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) number 2026-01 Effective Date 03/123/2026.

Solicitation number W9124R-26-Q-A014 is issued as a Request for Quote for comprehensive portable fire extinguisher maintenance, inspection and certification services.

This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small business concerns.
