Solicitation Notice: Request for Quotation (RFQ), FA442726Q1102 The 60 AMW/HC has a requirement to accommodate a Junior Airmen retreat, 18 -20 September 2026.

The contractor shall provide hotel and conference space accommodation for up to 22 individuals for 3 days/2 nights.

On-site catering and conference space shall be provided.

RFQ Response Deadline: 05 August 2026 12:00 PM PDT.

Revisions received after the solicitation close date/time will not be accepted unless requested by the CO.

Submission Method: Offers must be submitted electronically via email to both Point of Contacts.

Questions: All questions concerning this solicitation must be submitted to the both Point of Contacts no later than 24 July 2026 at 12:00 PM PDT.
