Pre-Solicitation Notice Joint Pacific Multination Readiness Center (JPMRC) ISO JPMRC 2026 1.
Purpose The purpose of this pre-solicitation notice is to inform potential offerors that the 921st Contract Battalion intends to issue a solicitation for JPMRC 2026 to prepare U.S. forces and regional allies/partners for combat operations in the unique environments of the Indo-Pacific theater .
This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government, nor does it guarantee that a solicitation or contract will be issued.

Scope of Work The Contractor shall provide non-personal service(s).
The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to provide services as defined in this Performance Work Statement.
The Contractor shall perform to the standards and acceptable quality levels identified in this PWS and associated contract documents.
Specific services for these JPMRC services include, but are not limited to transportation, light sets, reefers, material handling equipment (MHE), off-road MHE, showers, laundry, and dumpster services that support this event.
Services provided should reflect favorably on the status and prestige of the hosts for this major international event which draws by high-ranking military officials and delegates from multiple nations.
These services will support the following locations: Pohakuloa Training Area (PTA) in the Big Island of Hawaii.
The contractor shall ensure all work is performed in accordance with applicable Federal, State, and local laws and regulations.

Contract Type and Period of Performance The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Requirements contract.
