Description of requirement and submittal requirements are below Description: The Department of Veterans Affairs Southern Nevada Healthcare System (VASNHS) requires contractors to provide a Health Care for Homeless Veterans Contract Emergency Residential Services (HCHV CERS) program under the Medically Enhanced Services model.
The program aims to place homeless Veterans in a community-based, preferably home-like residential facility offering short-term emergency housing.
Services provided to eligible Veterans include 24/7 supervised room and board, dietetic services, laundry facilities, medical case management, medication management, and coordination with VA staff, in accordance with the PWS.
