Description: To provide all labor, material and equipment and supervision required and necessary to furnish and perform plastering and painting work in accordance with New York City Building Code and all rules and regulations of New York State and Federal agencies. There will be a Pre-Bid Conference on Tuesday, March 10 , 2026, at 12:30 P.M., on Microsoft Teams Webinar.
