The mandatory pre-bid meetings are scheduled for: Tuesday, June 30, 2026, 11:00AM Wednesday, July 1, 2026, 11:00AM Location: Conference Center, 3 rd Floor 3. REQUESTS FOR INFORMATION (RFI) Technical questions must be submitted in writing by email no later than Friday, July 17, 2026 by COB to [email protected]. 4. BID DUE DATE Bids are due on Thursday, August 27, 2026 @ 11:00AM . 5. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION THIS PROJECT CONTAINS TWO SCOPES OF WORK, AS FOLLOWS: 1: Exterior Work and Lower Cooling Tower 1B: Upper Cooling Tower NYC H+H PLA: All Bids shall be in accordance with the terms of the NYC Health and Hospitals (HHC) Project Labor Agreement. The awarded contractor will be required to execute and submit a Letter of Assent to NYC H+H. Certified Payroll: Beginning January 1, 2026, all certified payrolls for contracts bid on or after December 31, 2025 must be submitted electronically through NYC eComply. Bidder's List: We encourage sub-contractors to attend the pre-bid meetings in order to obtain access to the potential bidder's list. You are encouraged to arrive at least thirty (30) minutes before mandatory meeting start time, and a grace period of no more than fifteen (15) minutes will be granted to late arrivals. Social distancing protocols must be observed, and kindly limit your staff to one person at the meetings.
