The New York City Public Schools (NYC DOE), on behalf of the Office of Student Pathways, is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced organizations capable of providing early college credit opportunities, industry-recognized credentialing programs, or research/impact services. This solicitation comprises three (3) distinct service components. Vendors may submit proposals for Component 1, Component 2, and Component 3, or All Components. Component 1: Early College Credit Opportunities and Programs. Component 2: Industry-Recognized Credentialing Opportunities and Programs. Component 3: Career-Connected Learning Support and Impact Services. Notes: Vendors may elect to submit proposals for one, two, three, or all components, subject to the conditions noted above. The requested services are limited to non-public entities nationwide or public institutions of higher education located outside of New York State. This is an open-ended RFP (to remain open indefinitely). PROPOSALS MUST BE RECEIVED BY NO LATER THAN 1:00 P.M. EST, Tuesday, August 18, 2026. LATE PROPOSALS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. This RFP may result in multiple Requirements contract agreements. The awarded contract will be for a term of three (3) years with two two'year options to extend.
