Department of Citywide Administration Services is seeking a qualified vendor to modernize the elevators at 2 Lafayette Street, New York, NY 10007. Estimated term of the contract is three years. This solicitation is being made pursuant to the Competitive Sealed Bidding Method, Section 3-02 of the New York City Procurement Policy Board (PPB) Rules. Site visit is the only date and time available for this CSB as follows: Date: March 9, 2026 Start Time: 9:00am Address: 12 Lafayette Street, New York, NY 10007 Please send your attendance confirmation to [email protected]. DCAS project managers will meet interested bidders at 9:00am at 2 Lafayette Street, in the lobby. OCP Agency 856 will have bid openings virtually via Teams and in person.
