The intent of the project is to award multiple Architect & Engineering Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity for the Veterans Affairs Maryland Healthcare System (VAMHCS), VA Medical Centers in West Virginia and VA Medical Centers in Washington, D.C, to include any Community Based Clinics supported by the aforementioned. The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS Code) 541330 (Engineering Services). This is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set aside procurement. The Small Business Size Standard is $25.5 million. The term of the A&E IDIQ will be for ten years from date of award. The resulting contracts will have fixed unit costs. Under the A&E IDIQ, all contract work will be completed through individual task orders awarded for individual projects in VISN 5/NCO 5. All work will be in accordance with individual task order requirements, including but not limited to specifications and drawings are to be provided for each project. Each task order will be priced individually using the agreed-upon wage determinations and period of performance. These task orders will be competed amongst the IDIQ awardees.
