This request for information does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service whatsoever.

2.0 Background and Scope Area Support Group - Jordan requires a mobile mass notification capability for deployment.

The purpose of this procurement is to acquire two (2) Mobile High-Powered Speaker Stations (MHPSS) and associated communication and control equipment.

These systems will provide essential mobile mass notification capabilities for the base to ensure personnel safety and effective incident response.

Scope of Work: The Contractor shall provide support to the ASG-J Jordan Directorate of Logistics by furnishing the following capabilities: Mobile High-Powered Speaker Stations (MHPSS) Trailer Units - Quantity: 2 Mobile Central Control Unit (MCCU) - Quantity: 1 200W Solar Power Packages - Quantity: 2 Conventional Radios (VHF/UHF Analog) & Cellular 4G LTE-A Routers - Quantity: 3 each Associated batteries, antennas, cables, and installation/start-up services.
