2-1-QSC-T-26-112.
Prospective bidders are advised that the solicitation package has been revised to address stormwater and environmental permitting requirements, post-bid/pre-award documentation, Performance Guarantee timing, NASA Marshall Space Flight Center environmental coordination, and site access and inspection procedures.
Among the revisions, the Apparent Successful Bidder will be required to obtain separate coverage under Alabama Department of Environmental Management (ADEM) General Permit ALG180000 – Salvage/Recycling as a condition of final contract award.
Required bidder-controlled post-bid/pre-award actions, including applicable documentation, environmental coordination, permit submission activities, and the Performance Guarantee, are generally required within fifteen (15) business days after written notification that the bidder is the Apparent Successful Bidder, as provided in the amended IFB.
Prospective bidders must review Amendment (1), the amended IFB, and all revised solicitation documents in their entirety before submitting a bid.
Bidders are responsible for acknowledging Amendment (1) in accordance with the IFB.
