Description of Requirement (FAR 5.207(c)) USIBWC seeks a qualified O&M contractor to operate, maintain, and manage SBIWTP and its conveyance infrastructure (e.g., canyon collectors, pump stations, junction boxes, and South Bay Land/Ocean Outfall interfaces).

Services include day?to?day plant operations; maintenance, servicing, repair and replacement; influent/effluent sampling and laboratory testing; system monitoring and data recording; quality control; reporting; asset and fleet management; grounds and housekeeping; chemical supply; and related services necessary for continuous, compliant operation.

The O&M contractor will coordinate closely with the Government’s Progressive Design?Build (PDB) team during ongoing rehabilitation and expansion activities.
