Description of requirement and submittal requirements are below Description: The Department of Veterans Affairs, Fresno, CA (VA) requires contractors to provide clean and sober transitional housing services for a Substance Use Disorder Treatment Program (SUDP) for Veterans. The SUDP aims to place Veterans in a community-based, residential environment. Services provided to eligible Veterans include 24/7 supervised room and board, medication management, daily transportation, and VA coordination in accordance with the SOW.
