The Billings Area Indian Health Service (BAIHS) is seeking to identify Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) or Indian Economic Enterprises (IEE) sources pursuant to the Buy Indian Act (25 U.S.C. 47), capable of performing the Indian Health Services (IHS) requirement for an Online Learning Portal for Healthcare Facility Competencies located at the Crow Service Unit, Crow Agency, Montana. Any vendor responding to this notice should submit their capability statement as well as the Buy Indian Act Indian Economic Enterprise Representation Form (attached). This notice is issued solely for information and planning purposes; it does not constitute a Request for Quotation (RFQ), or a promise to issue an RFQ in the future. This notice does not commit the U.S. Government to contract for any supply or service. Further, the Government is not seeking quotes, or proposals at this time. INSTRUCTIONS TO INDUSTRY ISBEEs are highly encouraged to respond to this notice. However, firms must also understand that generic capability statements are not sufficient for effective evaluation of their capacity and capability to perform the work required.
