***AMENDMENT 001 WAS ISSUED TO EXTEND THE PROPOSAL SUBMISSION DUE DATE TO 14 SEPTEMBER 2026 AT 1:00 PM EST.*** The Naval Air Warfare Center, Aircraft Division, Lakehurst, New Jersey, intends to issue a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract on a competitive basis for the procurement of the Drive Plate Bushing Gage, Part Number 18D13071-1.
This item is in support of the United States Marine Corps (USMC) Domestic H-1 Helicopter Program.
This solicitation is being issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside in accordance with FAR Part 19.
In accordance with the attachments in this solicitation, the submitted proposal must be accompanied by all supporting data and facts used to develop the proposal that are accurate, current, and complete, to allow Government evaluators to make their independent assessments.
A proposal received without sufficient supporting data and rationale, such as inadequate cost/pricing data, will delay the procurement award and/or will result in the proposal being rejected by the Procuring Contracting Officer (PCO).
In the event that the Contractor or any of its subcontractors have non-complying existing deficiencies, the Government requests that these deficiencies be reported to the PCO as soon as they are known.
Technical Data Package and Export Control Requirements ***This effort requires access to the Technical Data Package (TDP).
All requests for the TDP shall be requested from the Government via email at [email protected] no later than 1:00 PM EST on 18 August 2026, and shall be accompanied by a valid and current DD2345. ***This Solicitation includes DFARS 252.204-7025, Notice of Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) Requirements.
The Technical Data Package contains Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI).
