What this contract is for
This notice is in accordance with FAR subpart 5.2 requiring the dissemination of information on proposed contract actions. The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) intends to solicit a sole source bridge contract for Mojave for continued support of the Mojave Functional Area 1- General Support Services with the following Seven (7) incumbent contractors: 1. Quadrint Inc, 3190 Fairview Park Drive, Suite 360, Falls Church VA 22042. 6. OG Systems LLC, 14291 Park Meadow Drive, Suite 100, Chantilly VA 20151. 7. Vectrus Systems Corp, 2424 Garden of the Gods Rd, STE 300, Colorado Springs, 80919. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 541611 – Administrative Management and General Management Consulting Services with a size standard of $15M. The contemplated contract will include a limited period of performance, which will be six (6) months from 1 August 2026 through 31 January 2027. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS, AND NO SOLICITATION IS AVAILABLE. This action is being conducted on a sole source basis set forth under the authority of RFO FAR 6.103-1 for continued support of Administrative Management and General Management Consulting Services while the Government finalizes the source selection and award the Vertex follow on contract task orders that were conducted as competitive procurements under solicitation numbers HM047626Q0004 and HM047626Q0005.
