DLA Energy is seeking to identify capable vendors who can meet the requirement outlined below: Fuel Type: Diesel Fuel, 10PPM SULF (SFD) NSN: 9140-01-556-9156 Location: Negev Communication Site, Mount Har Keren, 09343, Israel Estimated Quantity: 1,050,000 U.S. Gallons The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 324110 – Petroleum Refineries and Product Service Code (PSC), Group 91 – Fuels, Lubricants, Oils, and Waxes. Vendors who are capable of providing these fuel products and that are interested in providing evidence of having capabilities to support these fuel products in this RFI should provide a detailed capability statement with the information listed as follows: Requested Information for Capability Statement: Interested parties are requested to respond to this Sources Sought notice with a capability statement that includes the following documentation: Refinery location(s); Certificate of Analysis (COA) / Certificate of Quality (COQ) for the SFD fuel type; A detailed Transportation Plan; and Letters from your proposed suppliers.
