This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect as of April 27, 2026, in accordance with (IAW) the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO). The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 423830. The small business size standard is 100 employees. This is an unrestricted requirement. It is anticipated that a firm-fixed price purchase order will be awarded as a Total Small Business Set-Aside on a brand name or equal basis as a result of this synopsis/solicitation. Concerns having the expertise and required capabilities to provide these items or an equal alternative are invited to submit offers in accordance with the requirements stipulated in this solicitation. All items shall be NEW approved items. Offerors proposing an alternate part must submit documentation demonstrating that their product meets or exceeds the solicitation requirements. General statements of compliance or restatements of requirements are not sufficient. Offerors must clearly indicate in writing that they are offering an alternate part by annotating their quote accordingly.
