What this contract is for

1. Description of Requirement The 127th MXS has a requirement for the procurement of specialized, handheld aviation diagnostic test sets. These commercial items are essential for flight-line and hangar-level testing, troubleshooting, and fault-location of aircraft electrical wiring, coaxial RF cables, and fiber optic communication networks. The intended sole source is: AMFIL Aviation Consulting LLC CAGE Code: 8UAX3 UEI: NKT6WV2129J9 Market research has indicated that AMFIL Aviation Consulting LLC is the only HUBZone-certified small business concern with the technical capability and authorization to provide these specific diagnostic test systems, which are essential to the agency's mission requirements. 3. Notice of Intent This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. No solicitation document is available at this time. However, all responsible HUBZone-certified sources who believe they are capable of meeting this requirement may submit a capability statement, which shall be considered by the agency.
