The requirement is to service Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Hyrdaulic Test Stand equipment proprietary to Testek Solutions/Avtron Aerospace. The service involves troubleshooting, diagnostics, identification of mechanical, electrical, or fluid power faults and determination of exact replacement parts that are needed to repair the out-of-commission AVTRON Hydraulic Test Stand, Part Number: H211. This machine is a critical maintenance asset utilized by Assault Craft Unit FIVE (ACU-5) to pop test relief valves that regulate oil pressure on Landing Craft Air Cushion (LCAC) engines.. The proposed contract action is Sole Source only. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive quotes or proposals. No solicitation or RFQ will be forthcoming. Information received will be considered for the sole purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
