COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.

This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation is attached.

Solicitation W50S9H26QA041 incorporates provisions and clauses effective through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2026-01, dated 13 March 2026.

This requirement is set aside 100% Small Business.

North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 488190, with a size standard of $40 Million.

All qualified Small Businesses under this industry are encouraged to submit quotations.

DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT: Static Display Multiple Aircraft Painting The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary to clean, repair, and paint multiple static display aircraft located at Volk Field Air National Guard Base, Camp Douglas, Wisconsin, in accordance with this Statement of Work.
