WeGo Public Transit is soliciting proposals from firms who are interested and qualified to provide copying, offset, and specialty printing services. The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, equipment, material and consumables necessary for the production of printed material by copying, offset, and specialty printing. Document quality is to meet the highest industry standards in terms of readability and overall appearance. It is required that the contractor to have the capability to receive and reproduce text, including word processing and or by the following means such as email, internet, disk, drive, hard copy, FTP site, and or may be other media or software. The Contractor must be capable of offering a wide range of services including brochures, maps, annual reports multi-faceted information packages, banners, and signs. The Agency will request quotes from qualified companies for these types of offset and specialty services. Please provide a capability to service this type of work and hourly rates for design service. Consideration will be given to the company that has the capability to provide promotional material, screen printed T-shirts, and tickets. Our goal is to qualify a firm to accomplish all the services outlined.
