What this contract is for

This is a pre-solicitation notice for an upcoming requirement by Ship Repair Facility and Japan Regional Maintenance Center (SRF-JRMC) and Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center Yokosuka (FLCY) for Ship Repair services.
