The Embassy of the United States of America invites you to submit a quotation for Cafeteria Furnishing modernization, U.S.
Embassy Santiago The U.S.
Government intends to award a contract to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price.
We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on initial quotes, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.
The Embassy intends to conduct a pre-quotation conference at the site.
The site visit will be held on August 28, 2026, at 10:00 a.m.(local time) at the U.S.
Embassy Santiago (Avda Andrés Bello 2800, Las Condes).

Quotations are due by September 21, 2026 at 15:00 hrs. (local time) No quotation will be accepted after this time.
Quotatons must be in English and incomplete quotations will not be accepted Offerors shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at https://www.sam.gov prior to submission of their offer/quotation, as prescribed under FAR 4.1102.
Failure to be registered at the time of quotaton submission will result in the offeror's quotation being considered non-responsive to the solicitation requirements, and no further consideration will be given.
Therefore, offerors are strongly encouraged to register immediately if they intend to submit a response to this requirement.
