The NYC Campaign Finance Board (CFB) is seeking a vendor to provide services covering market researching, neighborhood surveying and community and stakeholder mapping within the agency's identified priority neighborhoods to strengthen the agency's voter, contributor, and candidate engagement strategies required to support the CFB's Community Stakeholder Mapping project.

This procurement will be utilizing the M/WBE Noncompetitive Small Purchase method, in accordance with PPB Rule Section § 3-08(c)(1)(iv), and is open to businesses certified as NYC Minority- or Women-Owned Business Enterprises (M/WBEs) pursuant to New York City Charter Section 311 (i)(1).
