What this contract is for

Pre-Solicitation Notice: The purpose of this synopsis is to provide notification of the Government's expected solicitation release set for the date of on or around 16 JUL 2026. The solicitation number will be FA448426R0001. This is a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business set-aside. Procurement Description: The 87th Contracting Squadron, Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst (JB MDL), New Jersey on behalf of the USAF Expeditionary Center (EC) located on JB MDL, NJ has a requirement for providing Fieldcraft Training Support Services. The anticipated Period of Performance (PoP) is for one (1) 12-month period plus four (4) 12-month option periods from 12 Dec 2026 – 11 Dec 2031. The Government expects the vendor to be able to perform the requirements of this contract on 12 Dec 2026. (Optional) Phase-In Period, One (1) Month PoP from 12 Nov 2026 through 11 Dec 2026 is included, if needed, at no cost to the Government. The solicitation will result in a new Firm Fixed Price, non-personal contract awarded to the offeror that represents the best value for the USAF Expeditionary Center and the Government. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 611699, All Other Miscellaneous Schools and Instruction, with a small business size standard of $16.5 million. Upon release to the public, the Request for Proposal (RFP) solicitation, as well as any amendments, will be available at the Government Point of Entry (GPE) at SAM.gov https://sam.gov/.
