Provide CAGE Code when requesting access in SAM. Please submit your quote on company letterhead as a PDF to [email protected] on or before the closing date and time stated above. Late quotes will not be considered. Your quote should include the following information: Unit Price: For the specified Custom Machined Parts Shipping Cost: If shipping is not included in the unit price, please provide a separate line item for shipping costs. CAGE Code: Your company's Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code. Lead Time: Estimated delivery timeframe after receipt of order. Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) required is Level 1 –this must be completed prior to Award. WAWF Capability: Confirmation of your ability to invoice through Wide Area Workflow (WAWF). All invoices are NET30 and submitted through WAWF. Please refer to the attached document for the product description, quantity, and other pertinent details. The Government will award this procurement based on the best value, considering price, delivery, quality, and past performance. Please carefully review all attachments.
