The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has issued Screening Information Request (SIR) 697DCK-26-R-00302 for Janitorial Services at the following locations in Salt Lake City, UT: SLC ATCT/TRACON SLC ARTCC/CCF/NEMC (office space) NCE SSC (office space) All work must be performed in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW), Frequency Charts, and Department of Labor (DOL) Wage Determinations.

The contractor shall supply all materials, supplies, equipment, and tools necessary to accomplish all tasks outlined in the SOW.

Set-Aside & Contract Type This procurement is a competitive 8(a) set-aside pursuant to FAA Acquisition Management System (AMS) Clause 3.6.1-8 (Notification of Competition Limited to Eligible 8(a) Certified Small Business Concerns - Jan 2024).

The resulting award will be a Firm-Fixed-Price contract consisting of a 1-year base period and four 1-year option periods: Base Year: 01/01/2027 – 12/31/2027 Option Year 1: 01/01/2028 – 12/31/2028 Option Year 2: 01/01/2029 – 12/31/2029 Option Year 3: 01/01/2030 – 12/31/2030 Option Year 4: 01/01/2031 – 12/31/2031 Important Dates & Deadlines Questions Due: September 9, 2026, by 1:30 PM MT.
