1. Scope of Work FCC Yazoo City is formally requesting a price quotation for the acquisition of fourteen (14) heated food holding cabinets. These units must be engineered to maximum security specifications for use within a correctional facility. CRITICAL COMPLIANCE NOTE: This procurement is restricted strictly to the brand and model specified below. Alternate brands, equivalent models, or aftermarket substitutions will not be considered or accepted. 2. Technical Specifications All units must be original equipment manufacturer (OEM) products conforming exactly to the following specifications: Manufacturer: JonesZylon Model: JZH-12UBT-RH Heating System: OEM factory forced-air 1500 Watt, rear-mount, snap-in removable heater assembly Electrical Requirements: 120V, 15 Amp operation with a standard NEMA 5-15P plug Capacity: Minimum 24 steam pans (12" x 20" x 4") or 12 full-size sheet pans Insulation: Minimum 1" high-density fiberglass insulation Mobility: Four 6" heavy-duty, multi-terrain casters with non-marking vinyl bottom bumpers 3. Mandatory Factory Corrections Security Package Units must be delivered with the factory-integrated JonesZylon Corrections Package. Bids featuring standard commercial configurations or third-party modifications will be disqualified. Fasteners: Factory-installed tamper-proof, security-head fasteners (torx or spanner) across all exterior surfaces. Controls: Heavy-gauge stainless steel lockable security cover completely enclosing the digital thermostat and power switch. Locking System: Heavy-duty, padlockable door hasp integrated directly into the structural latch assembly at the factory.
