Installation and Warranty of a Security System at 345 Adams Street Competitive Sealed Bid The Administration for Children's Services ('ACS') Police and Security seeks to hire a Security Integrator to install, support, and maintain a Genetec Security System and associated infrastructure, as part of the renovation of the 8th floor at 345 Adams Street, Brooklyn, NY 11201. The City of New York is modernizing the infrastructure of several floors of 345 Adams Street. The purpose of the fit out of the 8th floor is to create workspace for several ACS programs; including the Family Court Legal Services (FCLS) Brooklyn Borough office, Division of Family Justice's (DYFJ) Close to Home and Juvenile Justice Initiative (JJI) units, and the Division of Policy, Planning and Measurement's (DPPM) Workforce Institute. This Competitive Sealed Bid will be open to the entire Citywide Bidders List. Anticipated Contract Term January 1, 2027 to December 31, 2031 Anticipated Funding and Payment Structure Anticipated total maximum available funding is $519,716.00 Estimated number of contracts: 1 The winning contractor will be reimbursed using a rate structure based on their proposed rates.
